These vegan carrot balls are one of my favourite snacks. Perfect to use my carrot pulp which is one of the ingredients of my daily powerful vegetable juice.I don’t have much of a sweet tooth, but I love a pick me up mid-morning with my espresso or with my cup of herbal tea later in the day. Pure chocolate is always high on my list. These delicious no-bake Carrot Balls are very easy to make. I tend to prepare a batch and freeze them, so I am never without these tasty snacks!Crunchy sugar-free banana breadAnother favourite snack is my sugar-free banana bread. This crunchy loaf is full of antioxidants, fibre, Omega-3 fatty acids, potassium, vitamin C and E and magnesium and the best thing is that it is low in calorie! This power food is just like the vegan carrot balls one of my staples. I often have it for breakfast, and as real Dutchy, I like it cheesy. Banana bread, mature cheddar and strong espresso, one of the best starts of the day.
